:confused: I downloaded Isilo last night and I was able to read the storage card documents. After I turned off the pocket PC and turned back on I’m not able to view any documents (just a blank screen). I registered the program today on a hope to see the documents but still not working. Still a blank screen when I click Isilo icon. What m’I doing wrong???? :eek:

Assuming you are in the document list view, try going to the "Device & Storage Cards" view by tapping the icon at the bottom right that looks like a PDA. Then navigate to the directory where you stored your files. If the files do not show, try going to the List menu and selecting "All Files (*.*)".

Thanks but that didn't work. I however, removed and reinstalled the program and that resolved the problem for a bit while. I notice that everytime I use a different application on my Viewsonic Pocket PC (Clicking on Programs, Setting, etc.) actually anything else that is not an Isilo application I lost the ability to see document with Isilo. I have removed and reinstalled the program about 5 times. This is getting very frustrated. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!! :mad:

Going back to your original description, is the blank screen in the document list view or the read view? The document list view is the one that lists the documents. The read view is what you get after you open a document to read from the document list view.

When I first open Isilo is on the view screen but when I click on the file to be open i guess it change to the read view cause the file are no longer listed.

If you have a document currently open in iSilo, tap OK in the upper right to close it to return to the document list view.

I did what you tell me but still I have a blank screen. Here is what I done and now it seams to be working. I remove Isilo using add/remove program and then I when into the file explorer and deleted any other document that had to do with Isilo. I when back to the Isilo site and re-installed the program and now it's working. I most have done something wrong :o at my initial installation. If the problem re-occured I would create a new thread. Thanks for your help :D

Well, after using the application for a while and turning the pocket pc off. THE PROBLEM HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!!! This is so frustrating. Have anyone reported this problem before? I'm back to very :mad: and :eek: I can beleive this continue happening. Do you guys have a regular support intead of this forum. I really need to get this resolve once and for all. I'm traveling this weekend and I was hopping to be able to use my pocket pc. I DON"T want to wait any longer, nor I want to answer any more one question e-mails I need SOLUTIONS!!!! Do you guys have a regular support number??? I WANT to call a human and get this resolved NOW!!!!

I guess you guys did not wanted to be bother with it. All I received was am e-mail saying that my money was refunded. What happen to the application? Why it did not worked? Why none of my questions were ever answered? I still want to know if there is a different way to communicate or receive support about this application. It's amazing how quikly you acted in regards to the refund question. I didn't requested a refund I asked How do I go about getting a refund? I wanted to make sure that if necesary I would get my money back.

From the tone of your messages, it seemed that you were very unhappy with the way things were going and were not patient enough to try to work through a solution and your last message asked for how to get your money back. Usually when things go that way, customers demand their money back and vow to dispute the charge with their credit card company, which ends up costing the vendor a lot of money.

iSilo has a fully functional 30-day trial period during which potential buyers can freely try all of iSilo's features before purchasing. Thus, after purchasing, there really shouldn't be a reason for a refund.

The forum is the primary and best means of support, as it is a public forum and allows others to contribute as well. There is no phone based support.

We do not know the cause of the problem you are having and you did not really answer the first question posed to you and you responded that everything seemed to be working. So we were all still trying to get a handle on your problem when you then asked how to get your money back, which combined with your other messages made it seem as if you had enough.

If you want to continue using iSilo, you will need to purchase a new license since you were refunded for your previous one.

I did answered every single e-mail you sent to me. If the forum is the only way to comunicate then why it takes so long for someone to contact me? My last posting was on 11/24 and I received no message back until 11/28 (6 days later) when you e-mail me about the refund. What question you want answered? I have reply to all of your question. We saw your message on 11/23 in which you said that things were working fine, but you subsequently edited the message, which resulted in the large addendum being missed since it was no longer considered a new post. So we didn't see the addendum until after you posted the message in which you apparently asked for a refund.

You should only be editing a message after the fact if you have typographical errors to fix. But you should post a new message if you have something entirely new to add.

So is it the content of the document or the list of files that becomes blank? Is the whole screen blank or if not, what else is on the screen?
