can't read chinese in S60 (N70)

I can't read chinese on Nokia N70
but the same file can be read correctly on PocketPC & smartphone

Please help

The document you are trying to view is probably not encoded in Unicode and your device probably does not have support for transcoding from Chinese to Unicode.

If you converted the document yourself with iSiloX, try setting the output encoding to Unicode (UTF-8).
