Sharing Violation

An iSilo for PocketPC user asks for help with the following problem:

After downloading a large (6 MB) iSilo doc and trying to open it, a Sharing Violation was reported by the PocketPC and the iSIlo doc couldn't be opened. Other iSilo docs are working properly. The user tried to close all open programs and to delete the iSilo doc that was not working and was unable to delete the document.

Any ideas for troubleshooting this?

If closing all programs, including iSilo, does not help, try doing a soft/warm reset.
