I want to know if isilo for Window CE Handheld PC can work on this machine :-

Samsung Nexio S160

OS Microsoft Windows CE .NET (4.1)
CPU Intel PXA250 400MHz
Display 5 inch Transflective WVGA TFT LCD(800*480, 64k color)

If it supports, which version is appropriate i.e. ARM ? MIPS ? SH3 ?

The only platform version of iSilo that could potentially run on the device is "iSilo for Windows CE Handheld PC", so please give that version a try. The ARM processor version would be the one for the Intel PXA CPU. Please let us know how it works on the device.
