ixl docs won't save to external card.

Have erased & reinstalled iSiloX twice to internal memory of my Palm Zire 72, thinking I could solve this problem: when I try to use the external card option in the 'destination' tab to send items to the SD card - they still are placed in internal memory. I did read a post which said that iSilo had to be located in internal memory - which was supposed to solve this issue. It doesn't in this instance.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Would you be able to post a copy of the .ixl file so that we can check to see that you have the destination properties correct?
