How can i disable CSS formatting on webpages converted by iSiloX?
Some stupid web-masters make fixed size fonts on their mobile web-sites that look weird on a small screen of a PDA.

While not a complete answer, have you looked into simply forcing your own font size? In the "Options"/"Font" section of the tools menu, the iSilo reader gives you the option of "Relative" or "Absolute" font sizes. The "Absolute" option should ignore the font sizes of the converted document.
