Problem with internal hyperlinks

Can't seem to troubleshoot this myself and was hoping I could get some sage advice . . .

In this iSilo doc I've created everything works fine except on one page I have internal hyperlinks (links to anchors on the same page) that don't work. They're not dead links, it's just that clicking on them doesn't do anything.

Within my HTML editor (MS FrontPage)'s preview page, these links work fine.

I've attached a .zip file with the finished iSilo doc, the HTML page in question, and the .ixl file. The problem page is page 22 in the iSilo doc.

Looking forward to any suggestions.

I haven't looked at the given file, but this is generally the result of linking into a table. Here is a link to similar problem.

That was the problem. I fixed it by splitting the each row of the table into a separate table. Not a very elegant solution but it worked.
