I have switched from PPC to an o2 Xphone II and I can select my new device for activesync in isilox, but the documents just seem to disappear and never make it to my device.... I can clip to a file and copy them on manually and they work, but I can't understand why isilox won't work by itself?

I thought maybe it was an unsigned application issue, but my phone is a straight xphone II, not from any phone provider and when I install isilo there is no warning other than 'would you like to install this program'... Splashid also works perfectly, no sync issues...

any help?

You won't see a warning about the application not being signed. It does sound like the signing issue still though.

Well I ran the unsigned protection removal app doing the rounds on the net, it removed the warning messages I got when installing unsigned apps, they all just install fine...

Splashid was also an unsigned app and the conduit from that still works fine, but isilo still doesn't work, I reinstalled it and isilox but no go..

If I go into sync options in Active sync it is there but there is no tick box next to it like all the other conduits, is this normal?

If there is no tick mark, then it indicates that the device side component of iSilo that components with the desktop component for synchronization is either not installed or unavailable.

If you installed iSilo to the card, then that may be the issue. In which case, try installing to the internal memory as the device side component of iSilo that is used for synchronization may be required to be in the internal memory for your device.

mmmm confusing it is definately installed on the device, I have reinstalled it twice... it is instaled in internal memory too not on the card..

Don't feel bad, jeisner. I've never been able to get it to work either. :( Installed to phone or card makes no difference. My phone is app unlocked so signing wouldn't seem to be an issue, all my other apps work fine.
