First, you need to have the destination folder as a favorite folder. In iSilo's document list view, tap the folder icon to the left of the folder name and in the context menu that appears, tap "Favorite Folder Alias" to add the folder to the favorite folder list. It will then appear in the destination folder list in the Copy File dialog.

To move a file, tap the icon to the left of its name and in the context menu that appears, tap "Copy". In the Copy dialog, set the "Delete Original" option to ON to delete the original file after the copy is made, which makes it behave like a move.
