iSilo Registration number

I purchased a registered copy of iSilo for my iPAQ 1945 last year. I have recently needed to replace my iPAQ and but when I re-loaded iSilo it informs me it is the 30 day trial version unless I re-enter my registration number, which I can't seem to locate. How do I go about retrieving this?

Thank-you for directing me to the form. I immediately filled it out and submitted it. Any idea on how long it should take for a reply . . . and kind of reply?

After you click submit, you are told that it can take up to three business days (e.g., so that you don't get too upset if it takes up to that much time). In most cases and especially if you filled out all the fields with the information you entered when you made the purchase and correctly followed the instructions, you'll get a response within a day.

So, now that its been 9 days without any acknowledgment of even having recieved my submitted request I should be concerned?

I will re-submit and hope it gets a better response.

Yes, you should be concerned. After you clicked the submit button, did you correctly follow the instructions, which are currently?

1. Select all the text on the page
2. Copy it as the body of a new message
3. Set the subject of the message to Lost Registration Code Request
4. Send the message to the email address given in the instructions http://www.isilo.com/img/email.jpg.
