Syncing on Linux

I'd like to use iSiloXC on linux, then sync the file to my palm. I currently use KPilot to sync KOrganizer to my palm.

Does anyone know the best way to do this? I'm guessing there isn't a KPilot conduit for iSilo. Does anyone have some scripts that can do this?
