Bookmarks

iSilo is a great reader, and I use it every day to read all kinds of books. On several of the books I read, I have made extensive bookmarks, but sometimes the files have become corrupted, and the bookmarks -- which I so painstakingly made -- have disappeared. Is there any way to keep a separate file of the bookmarks apart from the reader itself, so that they can be recalled if the main file goes south? Any suggestions?

No, unfortunately there is no way to store the bookmarks in a separate file. They are either stored in the settings on the device or in the document itself.

It is unusual that you experience corruptions. You may want to either make periodic backups or investigate more about what could be causing the corruption.
