desktop conversion tool disappeared

The desktop conversion tool for my Isilo stopped working so i uninstalled it
and downloaded the latest version of Isilo. For some reason the desktop
conversion part did not install. I can't find it in the files i downloaded either.
I think when i originally purchased Isilo it automatically installed on the
desktop after i clicked on the download. But it did not this time. What
can i do? I am running Windows 98 and use Palm OS. Also, is there actually
a way to contact the Isilo people for support? I don't see anywhere to email them.

I've had nearly the same problem with the Mac version, Patti. I cannot get the bloody installer to do it's thing! The only thing I can tell is that there is no help here...
