I convert this website every day, but recently it's decided to crash iSiloX somewhere in the middle of everything. I couldn't ZIP the .IXL file, so I'll just post the info. for your perusal.

1 external link depth.
I'm suspecting that a recent addition to the site or one of the external links is making iSiloX unhappy, perhaps I'll need to add an exclusion filter of some sort?
Any help, as always, is much appreciated.

Could this issue be related to this previous issue, which was fixed in the just released iSiloX version 4.27? Please try iSiloX 4.27 if you have not yet.

Thanks for the prompt help. I did download and release the latest stable versions of iSilo and iSiloX (4.27) and the iSiloX converted the site just fine. I knew that the latest version was available, but didn't know that the previous issue was part of the "miscellaneous issues" that 4.27 fixed.
This particular .JPG issue isn't always present, as it seems that the website adds and subtracts it at random. Is there an end-user method of diagnosing issues? Maybe a setting in iSiloX that will scan the website in question and tell me what the issue is (and nicely, what the solution is)? Or at least someting that I can send you that will tell you exactly what iSiloX is hiccuping on?
Maybe it's a developer-level program, as you and Voltage Spike seem to know the fix to most issues out there. Sometimes I feel kind of helpless when I can't exactly express the issue enough and it'd feel better to know that I have a precise diagnosis to present to you and the forum.
As always, thanks for a great program.

The announcements don't give a detailed listing of the changes but instead refer you to the revision history pages for a detailed listing of the changes, hence the "miscellaneous fixes" wording.
Unfortunately there is not really any setting in iSiloX that can tell you what is wrong in general when something goes wrong. The most common method for determining the cause of a problem is to narrow the scope.
The information that you've provided in most cases is sufficient to diagnose the problem so don't worry too much about being helpless. And if we need more information, we can always ask.
