Files disappeared on Blackberry 9900

I had been using iSilo with no problems on my Blackberry 9900. Now the folder where they are shows * Empty *. When I browse the memory card through the Media application, I can see that the files are still there. How can I get my files to show up again in iSilo?

Go back up to the volume list and make sure that you have selected the volume that represents your memory card, then navigate back down to the folder. If that does not seem to show the files, try setting the option to show all files (Menu/Filter/All Files).

Those things did not work. My .pdb files still do not show in iSilo.

Did you make any changes or updates since you were last able to see the documents?

No, I am pretty sure that there were no upgrades.
