Hi

I am using isiloxc 4.01 to update my isilo (4.01) documents. But when they are synced the date in the file list mode is often a day old. But when I open the document & look at Edit>Document info the correct date is shown.

This is the isiloxc command string I am using

"C:\{path}\isiloxc.exe" -x "C:\{path}\WeeklySync.ixl" -u

By "file list mode", do you mean iSilo's document list view in which if you hold the stylus down on an entry for more than a second, the Document Information dialog appears? Or do you mean some third-party file manager or launcher replacement? Or something else?

the former - the screen that is presented when you open iSilo that lists all the iSilo documents loaded into the selected folder. This list sometimes shows incorrect date (never by more than a day) even though "document information" is always correct.

Actually, what I said about holding the stylus down for a second in the document list view to get the document information screen applies only to "iSilo for Palm OS", not to "iSilo for Pocket PC", so please strike that question.

For "iSilo for Pocket PC", the date shown in the document list view is the file's last modification date. It does not show when the document was actually created/converted. That information is stored internally to the document and so you can only see it through the document information dialog. That is why the two dates may not necessarily be the same.

What affects the file's last modification date? How might I have changed this.

My experience is that immediately after syncing a newly converted document to my Pocket PC, these 2 dates are sometimes different & what's more the date shown in the document list is often yesterday's date. I would have thought that the date created & date last modified were the same immediately after syncing (& certainly doesn't make sense that they might be in the past).

(Is it possibly a time zone issue? I am based +12 GMT)

still waiting on an acknowledgement of this issue. Have you replicated/solated it yet? Do you need more information from me? I'm hoping it will be fixed in the next release.

Sorry for the late reply. The issue will be addressed in next update. It is a time zone issue.
