I just received my replacement PDA. After re-installing my files from my desktop backup, my iSilo comes up as "UNREGISTERED". How do I re-register? I can not find my original registration code.

You will need to fill out the Lost Registration Code Request (http://www.isilo.com/support/LostRegCodeRequest.php) form and submit it.

Here are some reasons why iSilo may not be accepting your registration code:
You are trying to enter the registration code into a platform version of iSilo for which you are not licensed. For example, if you purchased a license for "iSilo for Palm OS", your registration code for "iSilo for Palm OS" will not work to register "iSilo for Pocket PC".
You are trying to register a version of iSilo for which you are not licensed. For example, if you purchased a license for "iSilo for Pocket PC" version 3.x, your registration code for "iSilo for Pocket PC" version 3.x will not work to register "iSilo for Pocket PC" version 4.x.
You are not entering all 16 characters of the registration code. The dashes are optional and are to help with readability by separating the registration code into four small groups of four characters each. The characters may be either letters or digits and letters can be entered in either lowercase or uppercase.
You may be entering one or more characters incorrectly. You may be entering one or more characters incorrectly because you might be seeing one or more of the characters incorrectly. If you received your registration code via email and your email program supports different font sizes, try increasing the font size or try a different font. For example, maybe you are seeing the letter 'G' (7th letter of the alphabet) as the digit '6' (six) or vice versa. If you have a word processor or text editor that has a change case function, it may help to change all letters to lowercase so that you can see the registration code with letters in both lowercase and uppercase. If you are using Microsoft Word, you can copy the registration code into a new document, highlight the entire registration code and then use the Change Case command in the Format menu to change the letters of the registration code to lowercase.
If the above suggestions do not help, please send an email and include your order confirmation email that shows your registration code.
