error on Chinese name support while save to PPC2003

While set "Destination" to ActiveSync, if the filename is in Chinese, iSiloX can not write down the correct file name in PocketPC, what you can see is series of PANEs. But it works ok for PC fold and file.

The PocketPC is PPC2003 English Version.
