Is there a way for isilox/isiloxc to convert webpages to palmdoc?
i know there are plenty of palm doc clippers out there, but what I'm after to to download a page of the web regularly and save it on the handheld as a palm doc.
Has anyone tried this?

Today, the developer charges for iSilo, and iSiloX is free. If iSiloX were to produce other formats, then we could all use other readers (some of which are free), and not pay the developer for his work.
I am assuming that supporting Doc format would necessitate charging for iSiloX.

The Palm Doc format is a plain text format, with no hyperlink support, no formatted text support, no images support, among many others, so if you are looking for a free reader, you might want to consider using iSilo in free mode.
After the 30-day trial period expires, iSilo transitions from trial mode to free mode. In free mode, you can use iSilo without needing to purchase a license, but with some features limited. This means that you can still use iSiloX to download web content and use iSilo in free mode to view the content.
For more information about the different modes and the limitations of free mode, take a look at trial, registered, and free mode (http://www.isilo.com/info/mode.htm).
