I'm Japanese user using SONY TH55.

I have a problem in conversion of Japanese Web.

When I see a converted iSilo file on my TH55, the links shown
in the file are shifted behind the correct part of the links.

I appreciate if someone advise me how to resolve this problem.

<Setting>
iSiloX Ver. 4.26
iSilo Ver. 4.25

Properties, Document, Text Encoding Options,
Output document text encoding: None
For source files: Default

"Japanese (Shift-JIS)" could NOT work well in the "Properties",
the character is not correctly displayed on iSilo.

Would you be able to provide the URL of the content or the .ixl file with the conversion entry and the converted document so that we can see what you mean exactly?

Thank you for your reply.

The sample URL is as below.

http://bme.ahs.kitasato-u.ac.jp:8080/docs/qrs/imd/imd00051.html

This is the page of Japanese medical information written in Shift-JIS, there are many links in the page, and my iSilo shows incorrect part of links.
I should tap a bit behind the correct links.

Would you have the same problem?

Thank you for the URL. To summarize, the problem occurs in "iSilo for Palm OS" with content using a multi-byte encoding, such as Japanese or Chinese encodings. Attempting to tap on a short link or one that does not begin at or near the beginning of a line may result in no action due to a bug in calculating the position of multi-byte encoded characters. The issue will be fixed in the next update to iSilo.
