Support Non-ASCII file name

Apart from coverting an URL to iSilo doc, I also use iSiloX to convert some local documents to iSilo. iSiloX convertion will fail if the source filename contains non-ascii character (e.g. Chinese). I have to change each filename back to english before conversion. It would be great if iSiloX could support filenames in unicode.
