I am having difficulty with iSilo Drag feature on the screen. When I touch the screen and try to drag it up or down it is very sporadic. I have made sure that the write-on-screen feature is disabled. Any one have any solutions to this problem

It may be more of a PDA problem. If write-anywhere is enabled, the Device doesn't know if you are trying to select text, or write.
You may be able to get it to work better if you hold the stylus down before using it to scroll... (Just an idea based on past performance with my T3).
Anybody else have other ideas?

One user reported that if you have the Palm One wireless keyboard, the problem happens. Disabling the driver for the keyboard seems to solve the problem.
