A queue? (iSiloX for Mac OS X)

It'd be great if there were a queue in iSiloX, meaning I could have one document converting in the background, but be able to change settings on another document for later conversion. As it stands right now, I cannot do anything while one document is converting because iSiloX is only concentrating on one task at a time.

It still appears that there's no way to work on settings for a document while an .IXL file is converting, but I think I've noticed something. I was converting a huge file (rotten.com/library, it ended up being about 100+MB's) and took a loooooooong time, but it seemed like the scheduled conversions in that same .IXL converted while that long one was crunching away.

Am I crazy?
