iSilo 2.58 has scrolling options named "Page-Line Down" and "Page-Line
Up." These scroll up or down a full page minus one line. For
example, if scrolling down, the bottom line becomes the top line on
the next page.

I just tried iSilo 4.01 on my new T3, and this option seems to have
gone away. I really like this option. It's what I'm used to from
years of using iSilo 2.x, and from decades of using Emacs. Based
on the on-line documentation, it looks like Teal Doc does support
this option. Please bring it back to iSilo.

Under OPTIONS|SCROLL, you can instruct iSilo to scroll just 90% of the screen ("Screen up/down behavior"). HTH!

Or how about some visible but unobtrusive method of seeing where the "new stuff" begins when scrolling a screen? This could be done via a subtle change in the background color ( on color machines ), or a small visual mark on the edge of the screen. (Left or right edge for vertical scrolling, top or bottom edge for horizontal scrolling.)

The key here is a quick place for the eye to jump to after scrolling.

I agree, we need the option to keep have one line remain at the top or bottom from the previous screen. I too am used to this and it is very disconcerting to not have it. I have not yet purchased iSilo and although it's probably not a show stopper, it's absence is very annoying.

I tried the 90% thing and it leaves too much of the previous screen, I just want ONE LINE please. Also, I noticed that the 90% option was not available for the scroll wheel on my Clie. It seems that all scroll options should be available for all ways you can cause a scroll to occur.

Thanks
