can't sync newsmac and palm pilot

Please help!

Every thing works fine on my system except the syncing to my palm pilot.

I get message that Isilo is working and that the Newspocket is ready for the next hot sync. Yet nothing shows up in the palm pilot.

Do you have the document set to be installed to the internal memory or the memory card of your Tungsten T?
