iSilo license for my 2nd iPAQ 214

Please could someone help me. I don't want to do anything illegal. I have a registered iSilo license for my old iPAQ 214 which I am now using as a back up for my new iPAQ 214. Can I download the same license key or must I purchase a second license. Thanks for helping me stay above board.
